Australia's 10 most expensive homes sold in 2015.

With a combined value of $343,980,000, these 10 properties attracted the largest price tags in the Australian property market in 2015. 
James Packers Vaucluse mansion, "La Mer" took the top spot with a reported sale price of $70 million, followed by a number of other Sydney waterfront properties. 
Only one Melbourne property made the list, with the penthouse at 'Australia 108' selling for $25 million.
